Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information PT. Nera Teknologi Utama ("Nera", "we") collects when you visit nera.id, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website only. Each Nera product has its own privacy policy, published on that product's site.

What we collect

• Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider records the IP address, browser type, pages requested and time of each visit. We use these to keep the site running and secure.
• Analytics and advertising measurement. We may use Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking to understand how visitors reach and use the site. These services set cookies and collect usage data under Google's own privacy policy. You can opt out through your browser's cookie settings or Google's opt-out tools.
• Email you send us. If you write to rama@nera.id, we keep your message and address so we can reply.

We do not sell personal data, and this website does not ask you to create an account.

How we use it

To operate and improve the website, to measure whether our advertising is useful, to answer your messages, and to meet our legal obligations.

Sharing

We share data only with the service providers that run this site for us (hosting, analytics and advertising measurement), and with authorities where the law requires it. Some providers process data outside Indonesia.

Retention

Server logs are kept for a short period for security purposes. Analytics data is kept for the period set in the analytics service. Email is kept for as long as we need it to deal with your request.

Your rights

Under Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022) you may ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Write to rama@nera.id.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version here with a new date.
